Borys is back at home with me just now. He had a good day, went with the vet for a walk this morning. The vet decided to let him go home. The next several days are still crucial to his recovery though, he still needs to pass the object, but I feel much more positive today, it is a great relief to finally have him back. Thank you so much for all the support and please keep your fingers crossed we can gather the sum necessary for me to pay the costs of his surgery.

My dog, Borys had a surgery today. Before the surgery he had a series of X rays done, that showed a foreign body inside his belly. The vet had to operate right away. Borys has been my best friend for 8 years, he has arthritis and needs constant administration of pain killers. I'm attaching the bill from the vet as a proof. My buddy managed to wake up from anaesthesia, but the vet informed me that the next seven days will be crucial to his recovery and there is a risk he may not survive if the wound in his stomach won't heal or that he won't pass the remaining element of the foreign body that went too far for the vet to remove.
