My beloved Grandma, Maureen, has recently been diagnosed with terminal cancer, shes the kind of person who has a heart of gold and a very caring soul and would do anything for anyone. She is the heart and soul of the family, always there for us when we need her and will always help and reasure us all with any problems or issues we have. Now, with the unfortunate, heart breaking news i really want to show her how much she truely means to us all by helping her make her life long dream come true before the time comes. She means the world to all of the family and i know making her dream come true will mean the world and beyond to her, she truely deserves to have her dream come true as she is nothing less than an angel.
