Ive been up above 20st for a long time , so my aim is to get below the 20stone mark and a little more, 1st of september to the 1st of december

My little lad isaac plays at the club and he has made so many friends and it has raised his confidence levels , so many children enjoy been there on sundays its a great thing to see the children shine , with there been so many kids we need to keep equipment up to date and in good condition and also new kits etc

Going to do a weigh in every 2 weeks to keep people updated
