Here at Brook Street Recruitment in Hull is raising money for our local Hull Mental Health Charity called "Andy's Man Club", they help support people in Yorkshire to come and talk about mental health.. #itsokaytotalk.

We will be taking part in the Hull 10K run on Sunday 2nd June. This is our first 10k run as a team and we are very excited to challenge ourselves for such an important charity.

Mental Health is heavily increasing each year and we feel it's important as an organisation and as individuals we do everything we can to help people around the world to talk to someone.

"Your mental or emotional state can quickly get worse, or you're worried about someone you know - help is available. You're not alone; talk to someone you trust."

We wanted to come together and challenge ourselves for a local charity close to our home and help them raise money.
