Buckingham Events is a registered charity that raises money for Buckingham Park Primary School, the largest Primary School in Shoreham By Sea, West Sussex. Whilst raising funds to pay for a new playground following the serious decline in safety of the existing playground, the charity became the target of identify theft and mandate fraud, and almost £19000 was stolen from the project. The Charity Team have worked tirelessly to raise the money for this project and have raised almost £50,000 over the last 3 years, however the project has suffered a huge set back due to this criminal activity. Schools are desperately underfunded as it is, and they are deeply reliant on the goodwill of the local community to pull together and financially support these extended projects.
