    Story

    My story goes as follows...

Every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem. But hundreds of thousands of people are still struggling. I have chosen ‘’mind’ because they believe no one should have to face mental illness on their own. They have brilliant support mechanisms and will fight your corner even if you dont have the energy to do so. They have help lines, information, shops, they are online, in communities, basically anywhere you need them. For every £1 recieved in donations they spend 73P of that on their charitable work. ’mind’ have personally helped me in a crisis and know they have a couple of my friends too. Thanks for reading and thanks for donating to this amazing charirty.
