Story
Would you like to help raise awareness about the need for each one of us to help solve the problem of plastic in the oceans & all the suffering this causes to the marine environment. You can help by supporting this crucial one off free to enter art exhibition which is to be held in August 2019 at the North Sea Observatory in Lincolnshire.
Currently we are seeking funding. We have artists across the country bringing stunning & inspirational artworks of all kinds - all designed to help us understand that we need to, individually, take action to reduce the amount of discarded & polluting plastic. We must stop this "Flow of Mermaid's Tears" from reaching the sea (Mermaid's Tears is the name given to the ever increasing minute pellets of plastic as it is broken down by the action of sea water).
We all care but feel powerless to stop this from happening. We can all do something & this interactive exhibition & associated beach events is designed to help us focus on what we can do. We need donations to meet all the costs of such an event, please can you help? Any amount will be greatly appreciated.
