I have volunteered along with other pupils from Renfrew High School to go on a once in a life time opportunity to Malawi, from the 9th to the 24th of June 2019. When we are there, we are planning to go to a remote high school in which we will build new and safe classrooms, as well as refurbishing the existing building. This is to ensure that the unfortunate children in Malawi will receive a much better standard of education in a safe, clean and comfortable environment.
Over the next months I will be doing many fundraising activities to help raise the £3250 we need in order to go on this amazing journey.

So, to start my fundraising I have came up with the idea of Malawi Bricks, in which you can help virtually build the school by sponsoring the materials required. Along with this I have designed a sponsor sheet featuring my plan of the building, having being inspired by other schools in Malawi (this will be attached on the post)
Bricks- £4 or 3 for £10
Roof Sheets- £15
Windows, doors, pillars, beams- £20
Stoops(porch)- £25
Rooms- £30 plus
I am so looking forward to going to Malawi and I would be extremely grateful for your support no matter how big or small.
