I’m running the Cardiff half marathon in memory of my amazing Pa who sadly passed away earlier this year. He was blessed enough to recover so well following his stroke back in 2015 and live an amazing life snorkelling and bbqing, which a lot of people arent able to do.

Having volunteered for Stroke Society before Uni, had an amazing placement on a stroke ward seeing people recovering from day 1 and worked with stroke survivors for my dissertation it’s a charity I’ve seen how much it can help people get their lives back and I’d really appreciate any donation, even £1 helps :) thank you thank you thank you :) :)
