Central Asylum Yorkshire
We are establishing Central Asylum Yorkshire to help asylum-seekers whose case has been refused. This will work initially in Wakefield, expanding to other towns. The HOme Office refuse many applications for asylum because the applicant does not have all the information or becasue they do not have a lawyer. CAY seeks to help such people make a proper claim for asylum. We think the bestpeople to do this are those who have been through the asylum system. We would like to train these people on a residential course.
