Story
On 7th October I'm running Cardiff Half marathon to fundraise for Ray of Light support group.
Ray of Light is a support group based at Velindre for carers, partners and friends of cancer patients - basically support for the people doing all the supporting.
I have personally attended the monthly sessions and sung with the ray of light warblers and enjoyed the support and encouragement from the volunteers and fellow members.
Ray of Light is run by volunteers and even a small donation will make a big difference to cover running costs.
