Story
There are over 500 people living in Gaza who suffer from kidney failure. Dialysis, never a good option, is especially difficult in Gaza given the volatile situation and the daily effects of the blockade, such as regular power cuts.
The Liverpool International Transplant Initiative (LITI) aims to provide the chance of renal transplants that will allow the basic chance of a normal life.
This summer we will be cycling from Liverpool to the Isle of Skye in an attempt to raise money. We will post regular blogs along the way and keep you all updated with our progress!
