Hi there,my name is charlie and i work at small paws dog rescue.Small paws has being going for roughly 7 years now and this is all down to one man who believes that there is a home for every dog.his name is rob clarke. When he started small paws he never imagined that he would be able to help as many dogs as he did,all of the dogs we help don't just get rehomed just like that rob is very perticular and fussy but this is to ensure the dog goes to the right place.He lets the dog decide if he or she likes it as we believe that this is the right thing to do,as some of the dogs that come to us may be scared or unsettled.Because the average we spend on each dog that comes in is anywhere upto £350.00 we also go out in our small paws van and collect donations of bric a brac,clothes,shoes,toys,etc so that we can go and do car boots to raise money for the dogs that come in and need our help.Take this little man for example,

this is bert he came to us looking like this,both myself and rob were mortified,but we were determined not to give up on him thats not what were about.so i decided that i didnt care how many sleepless nights he gave me i was going to save this little man and find him the home and love he so richly deserved.it took weeks and weeks of feeding little bert to get his weight back to normal,and eventually his fur started coming back aswell,and would you believe this little man so full of life found his furever home with a lovely couple who absolutely adore him and because of all of our supporters help and donations this little man is unrecognisable.
