Hi, I’m Charlie, I’m 15 years old and I’m raising money so I can go and help a community in the Upper Volta Region of Ghana in the summer of 2021. On previous trips, the charity which I’ll be going with have helped to build The Eugmont Orphanage, install water purification systems, refurbish medical centres, built school buildings and much more. To help to raise the money I will be cycling the Shipwrights Way during the summer holidays. It runs from Alice Holt to Hayling Island and I’ll be attempting to do it both ways which will be a total of 90 miles. I will also be supporting a local charity called the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice. Half of any money I raise up to my target will go to The Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice. Any money I raise above my target will go entirely to The Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice. Thank you for your support.
