Story
As you may be aware this summer I will be embarking upon a 3 week trip to Malawi with school in order to work with people of all ages, particularly young children and the elderly, in underprivileged communities. The work we will be doing will include school building and renovation, helping children to learn new skills and offering support to the grandparents of children who’s parents are unable to care for them most likely due to the far reaching impact of the AIDS epidemic there. In order to help raise money to buy supplies such as toiletries, toys, clothes and stationary, I will be taking part in a 5km run in Leeds on the 24th March.
