Story
Fox hunting is a barbaric so-called sport that should be consigned to the history books. Despite being banned in 2004, fox hunting still continues in the UK under the guise of 'trail hunting'. Twice a week, three separate hunts in Cheshire go out and actively hunt and kill our beautiful defenceless foxes, and any other animal that may get in the way. Cheshire Hunt Saboteurs are busy in the fields monitoring and sabotaging these hunts.
Additional camera equipment is vital to help us work with the police and finally bring this cruelty to an end.
In order to gain footage suitable for prosecution, we must film the hunt chasing a fox, with the hunt master encouraging his hounds. This is very difficult to film out in the field whilst trying to save the fox, especially when filming using just a handheld mobile phone. Riders use their horses as weapons to block us and stop us from gathering footage, and terriermen try to intimidate and stop us with quads and sometimes brute force.
Our people out in the fields and monitoring from the roads need new handheld and body cameras, to get clear footage of the hunt breaking the law and enable successful prosections in Cheshire for fox hunting.

6 years agoWe thank you from the bottom of our hearts and we are sure the foxes would too. You have all been so kind and supportive. We can go forward now in the knowledge that decent cameras will help us gain milieu needed evidence in our fight against illegal hunting. We will update on our FB page and pass onto For the sake of the fox what equipment has been purchased and photos of us in the fields using it. ❤️🦊❤️
