I am a member of Strathclyde International Development (SID) and we are a group of students raising funds for sustainable projects in Uganda. This summer I will be going to Uganda to volunteer with our NGO partners Little Big Africa. The work we will be doing with this charity will involve building water tanks in rural areas which will help provide better sanitation facilities for local people. We will also be spending time with the community and educating people on the importance of hygiene. I am trying to raise funds to go towards the building materials that will be required. Any donation would be greatly appreciated and will hugely benefit the people of the local community as well as other projects supported by SID
