City Boxing ABC promotes and provides facilities for the amateur sport of boxing in the community of Canterbury and surrounding areas. Sarah (boxing coach), Ellie and Liz (boxers and long time club patrons) will be walking / running 3 races over the next 4 months, to help raise money for the club and the Will Horley Foundation.

In May we will be taking on the London to Brighton challenge (25km), two weeks later, we head down to the Jurassic Coast for our 50km race. And finally, in August, we have our biggest challenge of all, 100km across the South Downs.

All monies raised from these challenges will go towards new equipment for the club and the Will Horley Foundation, which was created following the unexpected death of Will Horley, an active and enthusiastic club member. To commemorate him, his interest in boxing and his generous nature regarding those less fortunate than himself, the foundation helps underprivileged children in the Canterbury area to learn to box and get fit.
