My name is Chavoughn. Born Jamaican living in the UK since a child. I came over here with my mother, siblings and step-father for a better opportunity of living.
In my new home town of Wellingborough, I have seen other people's opportunity being missed or abused. Not everyone has the same opportunity but would like to be given on.
I have worked in youth work and with children for a few years as well as volunteered within different businesses to gain better understanding of what they are about. From what I found out was that in each one it's always helping the little person and vulnerable ones. Whatever way possible. That's something I can relate to as I try to do so in whatever way I can.
One of those ways is through activities. I know learning can be seen as uncool or boring to some kids but with the right guidance and support, maybe we can help get some of the youths back on course away from gang violence and crimes.
Through mentorship and leadership, maybe we as a community can help.

When it comes to the help the homeless clause, I proposed to help as many people through a butterfly effect. Helping one homeless person off their feet back to society to in turn help another homeless person. This way I can know that people are being treated for with a roof over their heads and re-education in their system also. Rehabilitation courses to help those in need and much more.
