My name is clive , im a single dad bringing up three children on my own ! I have suffered with bad health from my childhood . I was diagnosed with crohns disease at the age of 12 . Only option was to have an operation . Resulting in a stoma bag . I put this off . My age played a part of this . I was worried what people would say . Early 90s i suffered a stroke which left me with my right hand side useless . One year later i had toxicmegacolum , so the decision was taken out of my hands to have a colostomy bag .Im now in my 40s . All my teeth have fallon out with the amount off medication i was on for my health . Im asking for help to afford implants so i can enjoy the rest of my life , eating food as it was ment to be eaten .
