In our area in Staffordshire there are so many HUGE chain stores being built and of course the council are forgetting about the small business owners.

My aim is to raise enough money to purchase a plot of land for sale (£600k) in prime location, and build a mini-retail park style complex (very simple nothing fancy) with 20 small shops that includes a car park and communal area (Estimated £300k in costs) for up to 20 local independant businesses.

Small businesses are the core of our country, all the huge retailers you see now on our high streets and on retail complexes once started as young budding entrepreneurs.
