My name is Gary and I have owned a pet sitting service in Glasgow since 2013 which I run with my wife and business partner.

Our business has grown vastly throughout the years and in 2016 we decided to brainstorm and see how we could help give back to the community.

The decision we made and have provided since 2016 was to provide a free pet sitting service for cats and smaller pets to the older generation of our local community. This service is available to clients that are 80+ that live within 5 miles of our base and have either been admitted into hospital/will be admitted to hospital or are no longer able to care for their beloved family members the way that they have previously for any reason.

The reason that we are looking for donations now is that as of late we have had a greater demand for this service than was previously anticipated. We are getting numerous calls from elderly clients that live at a much greater distance than we previously provided.

Being a company that loves helping animals and members of the community we are still going out of our way to provide the service.

All costs for these free services are currently being paid out of our own pockets and it is getting much more expensive the further that we travel.

This is a service that we love providing and are looking for any donations so that the service can be provided to help the community on a much greater scale.
