Only 30% of people in Tanzania have access to clean water. 50% of people are beneath the poverty line and african elephants are seen as inconveniences and are poached. Next year, I am going with my school to Tanzania to help support the locals, building wells so they have access to clean water, teaching English in schools and teaching them how to make the elephants profitable without killing them. I will also partake in environmental and marine conservation.
