On the 6th April 2019 we are going to indivually row the equivelant of a full marathon to raise as much money as possible for The 180 Project. All money raised will go directly to The 180 project to invest in those currently on the programme and also to invest in the projects future plans to spread this across the UK helping people overcome addiction and end stigma around mental health, addiction etc.

Here is a little summary on what they do:

The 180 Project use an adapted CrossFit programme of high intensity exercise combined with education, mentoring and peer support to achieve total wellness – physically, emotionally and socially. CrossFit is unlike anything else for people wanting to overcome addiction issues, those with negative patterns of behaviour and those that want to change their lifestyle — to keep people off drugs, off alcohol, out of prison, for good... and to prevent people from entering this vicious cycle.
