This is the third year that I am raising funds in support of the Building Blitz in South Africa. This is a great endeavour to improve the learning facilities for some of the most deprived children around Cape Town by constructing and extending school buildings and facilities in local primary and secondary schools. In the space in just a week I, along with hundreds of local and international volunteers, some skilled trades people, some just labourers like me, carry out pretty impressive construction work.
