Sponsored Walk: We’d like to say a really big thankyou for all the donations that you made to our Sheffield Children’s Hospital Snowflake appeal fundraising at the end of last term. We have already raised half of our £500 target. On Saturday 2nd March we will be holding a sponsored walk around the village followed by a picnic at Coumes with a raffle featuring prizes from local businesses to raise further money for this amazing facility. Prizes include family tickets for Cannon hall farm and Kirklees Light Railway to be won so it is definitely worth buying lots of tickets! The walk for parents and children (family and friends welcome) starts at 10am at Coumes and brings us back here for the picnic. Sponsorship forms are available from staff.
