From Ethans parent

Ethan suffers from a rare brain condition called Bilateral Polymicrogyria. This is a life limiting condition, in addition to this Ethan has Quadriplegic Cerebal Palsy. This give Ethan very tight muscles and causes him great pain.

Ethan has many superhero qualities, determination, strength, resilience and a love for life that inspires us every day. Throughout his life he has defied the odd stacked against him. However, this superhero does have to do exercises and stretches throughout the day to relieve some of his muscle tightness. This is a painful but necessary process for Ethan.

We have learnt that hot water and jets truly makes a huge difference to Ethan’s muscle tightness, offering a painless alternative. To help continue to improve Ethan’s quality of life. We are always trying to raise funds for treatments and therapies, as well as making the family garden safe and accessible for him to play in. This includes a hydrotherapy pool so that Ethan can use one everyday to help ease his pain.
