We are a small charity with modest annual projects in India. This year, we teamed up with a small school (St Mary Abbots School) in the heart of London (Kensington) to raise money to change the life of a small farming village of about 500 people in Palda ( Odisha, India). Our aim is to raise the necessary funds for them to build a community hall. As you can see from the attached photo, the foundation of the hall has already been laid by the villagers but they now need our help to finish it quickly.

The Community Hall would serve as a place of shelter, education, medical care, communal showering, and a place of social gathering and worship.

Currently, there is no electricity in the village so if we manage to raise enough funds, we can fit a few solar panels to provide the necessary power.
