The proposed area will create an exciting play area that would present a new challenge and new adventure for the children every break and lunch time. The new equipment is ideal for helping the children to develop their fine motor skills, such as grip-and-grasp as well as overall body strength which in turn will help with other academic areas such as writing.

At present, the existing trim trail is unusable during the winter months because there is not currently an all-weather surface surrounding it. The grass around it either becomes too muddy, slippery or hard, increasing the likelihood of injury. The new surface would allow children to access the trim trail all year round.

Both my children attend the village school and will benefit from the upgraded trim trail.
