over the last few years i‘ve seen mental health take its toll and far to many people in both my personal and my professional life at work to people I didn’t even know.

That’s why I have decided to put this page together and give to the leading uk mental health charity M.I.N.D

Gone our the days of mental health being a weakness, we all have a mental health state to look after and we need to try our best to keep it healthy. Unfortunately that isn’t always easy and I can guarantee every single one of you reading this would have some how either been directly involved or heard of someone you once knew being effected by poor mental health.

I’ve put this page together as I’ve said above I’ve seen and heard of far too many people young and old taking there own lives in the last year or so, some I’ve known directly, some I knew years ago playing rugby others I didn’t know at all but all the same it just doesn’t sit right with me that all these people thought that was the only way out. I think we can all help someone out there whether it’s a beer, a run, a moan, or even a hug and to be told it will be ok.

Of course not all types of mental Health our suicide, there’s so many different forms, PTSD, anxiety, panic attack’s, eating disorders etc etc etc the list goes on and on JUST BECAUSE YOU CANT SEE IT, DOESN’T MEAN IT DOESN’T EXIST

As you can see I’m really not very good at writing this kind of thing, I just think we can all help out friends and family when they may really need you.
