South Shields Volunteer Lifeguard Club was established in 1961 and offer training in various Lifesaving and Lifeguarding awards for anyone. Based at Brinkburn Community Association and Mowbray Lifeguard Station, Sandhaven Beach, it is run by a team of dedicated volunteers who encourage positive activities for children and young adults. They are affiliated to the Royal Lifesaving Society and try to make a difference in our community of South Tyneside.

Please give what you can as it will help this small not for profit organisation support children from all backgrounds to put something back into their society.
