Story
My aim is to climb the 1,085 metres of Mount Snowdon for Simon's Heroes who provide resource and opportunities that are not always available through the NHS, but go a long way towards helping children with life limiting illnesses lead more independent and fulfilling lives.
Simon’s Heroes is a Tamworth based charity which aims to improve the quality of life and make a positive difference to local children in need
