It's one thing to receive a call about a month ago to be told by one of your life long best friends his partner has received news she has breast cancer but another to then receive a message a few days ago from the same friend to say he has been taken into hospital and has a brain tumour.
Now days we all seem to have or know someone in our lives that are battling cancer in one form or another.
Diagnosis hasn't been made yet on John's tumour and he will receive the results in a weeks time.
The problem is being a self employed dad of two beautiful boys they rely on his income to pay the bills which as we all know are not cheap in this day and age.
He has to recover for a couple of months from his recent surgery where they could only take 80% of the tumour due to its location.
After his couple of months recovery from this operation he is then not allowed to drive for a further 6 months minimum.
To top it off his partner will be going under surgery to remove this disgusting disease during this time.
I can't tell you enough what it would mean to me for us to all come together to help those in need and this AMAZING family need our help.
Please give what you can as every penny can and I hope will make a difference.
This wonderful family didn't deserve this but helping them is the least we can do.
