Story
After being diagnosed with a terminal illness I sold my small house to buy an even smaller flat for my husband to live in after my passing. The trial drug I was prescribed for my chronic Leukaemia has kept my living longer than expected. Time to celebrate life. No as the freeholder is asking for £16,500 for new render/cladding. This has been legally enforced. The trouble being we don't have it. My husband is a postman with Chronic Osteoarthritis of both knees and I am a retired nurse no longer able to work. My advice to all is NEVER buy a leasehold property
