Hi,

my name is Noah Paul Calcott and i‘m 2 and a bit years old. I went on holiday to Spain with my Mummy and Daddy and my Nana in September 2017 and became very poorly. I had to go to hospital for an operation and then had to be taken in a special aeroplane to Leeds hospital for another operation. The very clever Doctors told Mummy and Daddy that i had a very rare type of tumour called Anaplastic Ependymoma and that i‘d need lots of medicines to make me better.

ive been having this special medicine called chemotherapy for a year now and ive had to have lots of other operations to help me get better. The very clever Doctors have told Mummy and Daddy that the medicine is not making me better anymore so i have to have another operation and then they‘re sending us all in a big aeroplane to America or Germany so a special machine can zap the pesky tumour away.

We will be away for 3 months and Mummy and Daddy are very worried about how they will manage. The Doctor told Mummy and Daddy that they don‘t have to pay for the aeroplane or the house we will stay in but Mummy and Daddy will have to pay for food and everything else. They also have to pay lots of money to keep the house we live in now as all my toys are there and i want to play with them when we get back.
