Story
I am trying to raise enough money to buy a defibrillator for Shrub End. It will be in a position where it will be accessible 24/7 It will be in a locked box and access to the box Can be obtained when you dial 999 and they will give you the access code to open the box It will then give you voice commands on how to operate the machine to hopefully shock somebody’s heart that has a shockable rhythm if it can save one life it will be worth every penny Please donate what you can xxx

6 years agoThanks to the landlord & landlady, Joe & Shannon, the team & the lovely Ale drinking patrons of The Old New Inn CAMRA pub of the year 2017 & 2018 for holding a fundraiser weekend and including us in their celebration and award night. I am happy to be able to say that they raised over £450.00 which we hope now has the cause fund total required for a defibrillator for Shrub End.
