Please help!

I was diagnosed with a brain tumour on 27th December 2017, following a year of deteriorating vision in my right eye. I will be forever grateful to the amazing team of 'skull base' neurosurgeons at Salford Royal, who successfully removed the tumour during an 11 hour operation on March 19th this year. Sadly not everyone is as lucky as I have been. The equipment needed to undertake such complex procedures is costly and the NHS can not always provide the necessary funds to buy the specialist tools to carry out certain procedures.

Now in my recovery, I want to raise some much needed funds for the skull base service, as a way of saying thank you and hopefully to help anyone else who finds themselves in need of neurosurgery. It is a terrifying prospect that the surgeons have the skills to save lives, but don't always have access to the equipment that they need.

Any donation, however small, to my crowdfunding efforts will be so much appreciated. I will be doing as much as I can to raise money for this fantastic service. Love and thanks, Debbie xxx
