Atlas Centre target and engage with all sections of the community in particular families living with disadvantage, within Lisburn and the surrounding areas. This includes the following people; those living in isolation, parents, lone parents, living in poverty, older women/men, living with addictions, poor mental health, living with disabilities, living in areas of deprivation, with no/low confidence, no/low self-esteem and no/low qualification attainment.

Like all charities Atlas raise funds through many fundraising events to help sustain much needed services

Atlas run weekly group sessions on promoting good mental health and wellbeing for Men and Women and Art Therapy for children 7-13yrs. This has grown from strength to strength over the last 12 months, supporting over 100 individuals which equates to only £2.52 per session per person.

To continue to provide this valuable service for 1 year will cost £14,400, to date we have raised, through, funding applications, donations and fundraising £4,421
