This page has been set up for anyone that wishes to show support for Santa Dash, at Lancaster University- an event hosted by the Running and Athletics Club, in association with Defying Dementia Student Society. Any donations made will go to Defying Dementia. This is a fantastic cause that aims to raise funds to support current research taking place at Lancaster University, searching for a new and effective treatment for Alzheimer's Disease. Defying Dementia also supports people within Lancashire that suffer from all forms of Dementia, and aims to raise awareness about other neurodegenerative conditions such as Parkinson's and Motor Neurone Disease. The Santa Dash event consists of a 3km festive run, and all proceeds will go to Defying Dementia.
