For the last three years I have really struggled with my mental health which has led me to be admitted to a psychiatric unit in which I have spent the last 3 months. It has been an extremely difficult 3 months with many tears along the way. However during my time on the ward I met so many amazing people who will be friends for life, and realised that making other people a little bit happier makes me happy. Due to the fact my discharge date is very soon (mid December) i have been brain storming ideas as to what I could do after being discharged at home.I can’t really go back to college this year, so decided to take a gap year so will have a lot of free time on my hands. However due to the fact I’m still struggling, free time isn’t the best thing to have.Therefore I came up with the idea to run my own little charity in which people who are struggling with their mental health can apply for a delightful recovery parcel , by doing this I hope to make both others and myself a little happier. However, the only way this is possible is from donations from the community. Therefore I have set up this page in hope that I can get a few donations in order to start spreading the positivity. ❤️
