Universal credit has seen many workers and non- workers lose homes and become deeper in debt, many people including older do not understand the process and the need for a computer and phone, the new software informing people of their entitlement is being donated and my laptop has died. The laptop is also needed to keep people's data protection private, it cannot be done on paper base.people need to see their entitlement, need support , I also need to purchase a mobile phone that people can give that number if they don't have access to one. No person should go without and suffer. The main support network has just signed a non disclosure agreement leaving people without a safety net. Solidarity
