My name is Derek Roberts , im a typical 19 year old boy . But at the start of the month my life changed forever , i lost my morher suddenly . she died from a heart attack at only 47 years old . My mother brought me up on my own worked 2 jobs to make sure i never went without , she struggled to pay the bills & rent and due to this there is alot of rent arrears on my home . If i want to keep my childhood home & carry on living here , the place my mum made home for us , the place is made most of my memories with my mother .
