So Tasmin and Mary are embarking on an adventure to raise money for the Garth School...

Destination - Edinburgh!

We have decided to travel to Edinburgh in a maximum of 5 days...

Sounds easy?? But with no means of transport, accommodation or food - it's going to be a challenge. We will have to beg or work for public transport, walk and potentially hitchhike to get there. We will blag for accommodation - if this is a B&B, hotel or worst case scenario a tent!! And we will find food donations where we can (hopefully lose a few pounds on the way). We will rely entirely on the generosity of the human race and we hope some of you can sponsor this amazing cause.

Tasmin is a self confessed princess who likes the luxuries in life. Five star hotels, fine dining, a shower, wouldn't be seen dead on a bus and the thought of sleeping in a tent is bringing her out in hot sweats already. However, she is very spontaneous and loves a challenge.

For Mary, this will be a challenge in itself as she has to have a plan for everything, the thought of not knowing how, where and when is terrifying. Despite this, she has completed her Duke of Edinburgh award, been to festivals and a regular camper so is no stranger to slumming it. So hopefully their 'chalk and cheese' attributes will make them the best team.

If you know either of us - you will know our stubbornness and determination will make sure we will succeed in our challenge.
