First Disable Female to sail single-handed around the World

My name is Jasmine Palmer and I plan to be the first disabled women to sail single handed around the world.

well I am a wheelchair user with limited ability to walk or stand, due to an industrial injury where my leg was crushed on a railway track damaging my leg and spine amongst other things and im now classed as disabled.

As a result of the accident I went from being like the majority of the world's population "able-bodied" or as some would say "none disabled", to being disabled. This has been such an eye opener for me. I just didn't realise until this tragic accident, just how hard life is for people in the UK but also around the world. I Know busy my time campaigning for disabled people around the Uk and Abroad For the following:

Know anyone of you is just a blink of an eye away from being in this very same boat as me, it could happen to you.

So now is the time to stand united with all the people around the world to show your support for all those suffering with the some of following Health Problems that causes them to be Disabled.

Our Goals

We will continue to actively Campaign in the Uk in the Short Term but the Aim is to take the campaign Global to support disabled people everywhere.

We plan to as part of the first part of this project to Campagne a yacht on a Global challenge that will also be a monumental historic even for Disabled People but also to champion womeen around the world
