Myself and 4 other members of CrossFit Limavady are running the Belfast Marathon on Sunday 5th May 2019 as a relay team to raise money for Limavady Initiative for the Prevention of Suicide L.I.P.S.
Our team is made up of Alastair Crown, Bronagh Donaghy, Sinead O’Hara, Emma Murray & Emmett McKenna. We are all members of CrossFit Limavady and we are doing the Belfast Marathon as a personal challenge but also to raise much needed funds for this great local charity. Oh and to have fun!
LIPS is a new charity to help raise suicide awareness and promote mental health and well being. As a new charity it needs support. We would love to raise some money for this local charity which is really focusing on an issue that not enough people talk about, mental health.
