Dover Community Training & Business CIC is a community interest company soon to be based within the new Co-Innovation Centre in Dover. Our aim is to reduce unemployment and work with local employers to create a pathway from Career Development through to employment.

We run a number of FREE Services to those on low income to assist them get the career they want! We do this through a Career Development Plan, where we establish what we need to work on. This can range from CV's, Cover Letters, Application Forms, Interview Preparation, Training, Qualifications and DBS Checks. We will stay with individuals who are successful in gaining employment for a minimum of 12 months to support them though their transition period.

We work with local employers and assist them with Apprenticeships, Training, Recruitment and both short term and permanent staff and we do all of this at a much lower rates than our current high street.

Ultimately we work with the people, for the people of Dover and collectively we can increase skills, employment, knowledge and most importantly community spirit and a link between local employers.
