On the 4th of May I will be walking up Sugarloaf and Pen y fan mountains and on the 5th of May I will be running the Bristol 10K. I have decided to raise money for Off the Record as they are a charity that have helped me to deal with anxiety and OCD. The organisation is friendly and provides an incredible service to young people in Bristol. Mental health is something that affects thousands of people and every single person affected deserves help. Off the Record as a local charity provide this help in a number of different ways and are accessible too young people throughout the city.
