HOPE MS Therapy Center, based in Neyland, Pembrokeshire, is a charity offering help, support and therapies to people living with MS and other neurological conditions in Pembrokeshire, Wales.

The center offers oxygen treatment, physical therapy and an opportunity to make friends and also receive support to all of its members.

Although I have only volunteered in the center for a short period, it is clear to see how much the center impacts it's member's lives. It is truly humbling to have the opportunity to work alongside such inspirational people every week and be a part of this amazing support network.

In August 2019, I will take on the challenge to skydive over the Gower peninsula in order to raise money for this amazing charity. By doing this, I aim to aid the center to continue their amazing work and help so many more individuals. I hope you will support me by donating to this very worthwhile cause.
