What an amazing few weeks it's been, everybody's support has been incredible from the messages you have sent, to everyone who came to support Maddie and her family at Amroth Seafront. I am so pleased to say that we have been able to raise sufficient funds to purchase Maddie the Gator. Then last night Maddie continued to surprise us and this happened!

This wk is the beginning of the home run, 62 days of running and less than 100 miles to go. Maddie is going back to school, the first time in nearly a yr, she is seeing her friends and spending time with her horses. I think she’s trying to persuade her mum that Mouse the pony is small enough to move into their house! Gareth Davies donated a signed shirt for Maddie to auction off and Princes Gate Water donated £1000 to the Gator fund which means we are in touching distance of our total. This update is directly from Maddie, who continues to get stronger and stronger. “It’s been great coming home and having my horses back. They recognised me straight away too which was lovely. It’s also been so much easier getting to them in the field with the gator. It’s great fun too!! I’m having ups and downs with the pain, and I have difficulty with phantom sensations, but I’m not going to let it stop me.” I have covered over 680 miles in 55 days and have under 190 to go. The aim is to finish on Amroth sea front on 11/07/20 at 11am.
