Help fund Emmi's Borneo expedition in 2020

Hi, my name is Emmi and I am 15 years old. I have put this fundraising page together to help raise money for an expedition to Borneo I am excited to have been offered the oppoturnity to take part in. The trip is being ran by Outlook Expeditions, this is a company which not only helps us change the lives of those in the smaller communities in the developing countries, but also help us as young adults improve key life skills, which will help a lot in adult life not only with employment, building my confidence, team work & communication skills.

On this expedition we will be living out in the rural community, and helping the locals by cooking, building roads & fences and teaching the younger children. Whilst there I will also be assisting ongoing support projects already happening in Borneo. This will give me the opportunity to experience first hand the issues they face in everyday life and make a difference to it whilst also helping me to appreciate all the small things we here in the UK take for granted.

This expedition is very costly, in order to make it happen we need to raise a lot towards it. A fundraising page seems like a great way to get started as well as many other activities in which I am partaking including:

- Sponsored events/ Fun runs

- Cake sales/ Coffee Mornings

- Local Supermarket Bag packing

- Raffles & Auctions (kindly donated items)

- Quiz nights

- Car Washing/ Cleaning

- Table top/Car boot sales

- Selling personal items on eBay

- & many more activities throughout the upcoming year

Any donations you are able to give would be very much appreciated, even the small amounts will add up and all help take me on this once in a life time experience!
